Skilled Water Plant Operator responsible for operating and maintaining pharmaceutical water treatment systems and utility operations. Experienced in monitoring water purification systems, equipment maintenance, compliance documentation, and utility management. Adept at ensuring uninterrupted supply of purified water while maintaining pharmaceutical quality and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical water treatment systems efficiently.
- Maintain RO, DM, and purified water plant operations regularly.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and utility operation standards.
- Monitor water quality parameters and operational performance metrics.
- Maintain utility operation records and maintenance documentation accurately.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities when required.
- Coordinate with engineering and production departments effectively.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of purified water for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor pumps, valves, pipelines, and utility equipment regularly.
- Report operational deviations and technical issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within utility and plant areas.
- Support calibration and validation activities related to water systems.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
- Ensure proper chemical handling and utility compliance procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in utility and plant operations.
