Medical Transcriptionist

The Medical Transcriptionist will manage medical transcription, medical writing, proofreading, editing, computer-based documentation, and back-office support at Max Healthcare, Ghaziabad. This requires Any Graduate or Diploma in Medical Transcription with 0–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical dictations, clinical notes, discharge summaries, reports, and healthcare documents accurately.
• Review medical terminology, diagnosis, procedures, medicines, and clinical details for correctness.
• Proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and clarity.
• Maintain accuracy while typing medical records, patient summaries, and clinical documents.
• Coordinate with doctors, medical records team, administration, and back-office staff for documentation support.
• Use computer systems, typing tools, hospital software, MS Office, and documentation formats efficiently.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, data privacy, and secure handling of medical information.
• Complete assigned transcription work within required timelines.
• Clarify unclear dictation or missing information through proper reporting channels.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation files.
• Follow hospital documentation standards, medical record policies, and quality expectations.
• Ensure accurate, clear, and professional medical transcription support.
