Manager Civil

We are looking for an experienced Civil Manager to lead and oversee civil and structural construction activities for industrial and manufacturing projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, safety compliance, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery within approved budgets. The requires strong site execution knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil and structural construction activities at project sites.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Review and verify BOQ, bills, reconciliation statements, and project costing.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project status and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and company policies.
• Resolve on-site technical, design, and execution-related issues effectively.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation of project activities, materials, approvals, and contractor performance.
