Senior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Associate for the OPD Billing department at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi. The candidate will manage outpatient billing, payment coordination, patient assistance, invoice generation, and billing documentation. The requires knowledge of hospital billing systems, patient coordination, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy OPD environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle OPD billing activities for consultations, procedures, diagnostics, and services.
• Generate accurate bills, receipts, invoices, and payment records for patients.
• Verify patient details, service charges, doctor fees, and billing information.
• Coordinate with OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and patient service teams.
• Explain billing details, payment process, and service charges to patients clearly.
• Process cash, card, digital, and other approved payment modes accurately.
• Maintain proper billing records, refund documentation, and daily collection reports.
• Resolve billing-related patient queries politely and professionally.
• Ensure timely billing support to reduce patient waiting time.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for billing reconciliation.
• Follow hospital billing policies, approval processes, and audit requirements.
• Track pending bills, corrections, cancellations, and billing escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Support smooth OPD operations through accurate and timely billing services.
