Support Service Head

We are looking for a Support Service Head for the Support Services department at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi. The candidate will lead housekeeping, security, administrative support services, facility coordination, and hospital operations support. The requires strong leadership, operational planning, vendor management, service quality control, and experience in managing hospital support functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise hospital support service operations across assigned areas.
• Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and general support service teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve support service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for service requirements.
• Manage vendor performance, service contracts, manpower deployment, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, infection control, and operational policies.
• Conduct routine rounds to check facility readiness and service quality.
• Prepare reports related to manpower, service performance, incidents, and operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance patient and staff experience.
• Handle escalations related to housekeeping, security, and facility support.
• Support emergency preparedness and coordinate response during critical situations.
• Train and guide support service staff on hospital standards and behaviour.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-conscious support service management.
