TPA Executive

The TPA Executive will handle insurance, cashless approvals, pre-authorization, mediclaim documentation, claim follow-up, discharge billing coordination, and patient insurance support at Vivanta Critical Care Hospital, Chhindwara. This requires Graduate qualification with Computer Diploma and 2–4 years of experience in TPA, insurance desk, or hospital billing coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle TPA, insurance, cashless, mediclaim, and corporate patient documentation.
• Verify patient details, policy documents, proof, admission notes, and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate pre-authorization, enhancement, query reply, and final approval process.
• Follow up with insurance companies, TPA portals, doctors, MRD, billing, and patients.
• Maintain TPA files, approval records, claim trackers, and daily status reports.
• Coordinate discharge billing and final claim approval to reduce patient delays.
• Explain insurance process, approval status, and payment responsibilities to patients politely.
• Track pending approvals, claim queries, denials, and documentation gaps.
• Coordinate with billing, nursing, consultants, accounts, and front office teams.
• Ensure claim documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Prepare MIS reports and claim status updates for seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, insurance, and financial information.
• Handle cashless discharge coordination professionally.
• Follow hospital TPA SOPs and insurer-specific requirements.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and patient-friendly TPA support.
