Store Incharge

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing hospital store operations, material receipt, issue, stock control, inventory documentation, vendor coordination, and department supply support at Vivanta Critical Care Hospital, Chhindwara. This requires Graduate qualification with Computer Diploma and 2–4 years of experience in store, inventory, or hospital material management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of hospital materials and consumables.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, quantity, batch details, and material condition.
• Maintain stock registers, GRN records, issue slips, inventory trackers, and store documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements, expiry, near-expiry, shortages, and non-moving items.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, pharmacy, nursing, OT, ICU, and user departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and traceability of materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
• Support physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Report stock mismatch, damaged goods, shortage, or documentation gaps to seniors.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of store areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
• Handle material issue requests as per approved process.
• Coordinate vendor follow-up for pending, replacement, or returned materials.
• Maintain computer-based store records and basic MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and controlled store operations.
