Hospital Administrator

The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for managing daily hospital operations, administration workflow, departmental coordination, staff supervision, patient service quality, and compliance activities at Vivanta Critical Care Hospital, Chhindwara. This requires Graduate, MBA, or MHA qualification with 2–4 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, and team coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and operational activities across hospital departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support teams.
• Monitor patient service quality, department workflow, and hospital process efficiency.
• Support staff duty coordination, manpower planning, and operational follow-ups.
• Maintain administrative records, reports, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Handle patient or attendant concerns and escalate critical issues to management.
• Ensure hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards are followed.
• Coordinate with HR, accounts, stores, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
• Support admission, discharge, OPD, IPD, and emergency department coordination.
• Monitor hospital cleanliness, discipline, safety, and facility readiness.
• Prepare daily operational reports and management updates.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvement actions.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital, patient, and staff information.
• Ensure smooth, patient-friendly, and efficient hospital administration.
