Fertility Specialist

Fertility Specialist is responsible for diagnosing infertility conditions, planning fertility treatments, supporting IVF and assisted reproductive procedures, and guiding couples throughout their fertility journey. The requires DGO, DNB, or MS OBG qualification with 3 to 8 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of fertility treatment, IVF procedures, reproductive medicine, gynaecology consultation, patient counselling, and clinical care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluate male and female infertility cases through detailed clinical assessment.
• Conduct fertility consultations and explain treatment options to patients.
• Plan IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, and other fertility-related treatments.
• Monitor follicular studies, hormonal reports, and treatment cycle progress.
• Coordinate with embryologists, counsellors, nurses, and laboratory teams.
• Review ultrasound findings, semen analysis, blood reports, and fertility investigations.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment timelines, procedures, outcomes, and precautions.
• Support IVF cycle planning, medication protocols, and patient readiness.
• Maintain accurate fertility treatment documentation and medical records.
• Manage PCOS, endometriosis, ovulatory disorders, recurrent pregnancy loss, and related cases.
• Ensure ethical, confidential, and emotionally supportive fertility care.
• Follow clinic protocols, patient safety standards, and reproductive medicine guidelines.
• Track patient response and suggest changes in treatment plans when needed.
• Participate in clinical review meetings and fertility case discussions.
