Sr. Manager:- SCM P2P

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to oversee P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations and support end-to-end supply chain activities. The involves close coordination with procurement, quality, and planning teams to ensure timely availability and release of materials, smooth order processing, and uninterrupted production and dispatch. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within SAP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely receipt of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from the P2P team and coordinate with QC/QA teams for prompt sharing and processing
• Support supply planning and overall supply chain activities to maintain uninterrupted availability of materials
• Monitor and coordinate timely quality clearance of finished goods to enable on-time dispatch and meet customer commitments
• Work closely with QC/QA teams to ensure timely release of raw materials and packing materials for production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and supply chain issues
• Initiate purchase requisitions for raw materials and packing materials based on production plans and requirements
• Review and approve purchase orders in SAP by validating terms, pricing, and CMOF details while ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement activities and smooth order lifecycle management
