Job Description:

GCS Medical College Hospital & Research Centre is seeking an Executive – Front Office to join their dynamic team and oversee daily front office operations. The requires ensuring smooth patient handling, efficient coordination, and delivering a high standard of service at the hospital’s reception.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage front office operations to ensure smooth patient flow and service efficiency
• Lead and guide the front desk team to maintain professional and courteous patient interactions
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for seamless communication and workflow
• Enhance patient experience by implementing service improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of registrations, appointments, and front office reports
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor front desk performance and ensure service excellence at all times
• Train and support front office staff for continuous improvement
• Ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment
