Sr.Executive

The Sr. Executive – R&D will be involved in developing new products, improving existing processes, and supporting scale-up activities. The requires strong analytical skills, documentation practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as production, QA, and regulatory affairs. The candidate will also ensure adherence to GLP, cGMP, and safety standards throughout research activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities for new product/process development.
• Perform laboratory experiments, trials, and process optimization studies.
• Develop and validate formulations, processes, and analytical methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation including development reports, protocols, and records.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities from lab to plant.
• Coordinate with production teams for pilot batches and commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and conclusions.
• Troubleshoot process and formulation issues during development stages.
• Participate in method development, validation, and stability studies.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams for product approval and compliance.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and EHS guidelines in the lab.
• entify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents, and lab consumables.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
• Train and guide junior team members and lab staff.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure timely completion of R&D projects as per defined timelines.
