Senior Statistical Programmer Clinical

The Senior Statistical Programmer - Clinical will support statistical programming deliverables, SAS programming, database design coordination, clinical datasets, tables, listings, figures, and quality control at Syneos Health, Pune. This requires 5–8 years of experience in statistical programming, SAS, database design, and clinical trial data standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and validate clinical datasets, tables, listings, and figures using SAS.
• Support SDTM, ADaM, analysis datasets, and programming specifications.
• Perform quality checks and validation of statistical programming outputs.
• Coordinate with biostatisticians, data management, clinical teams, and medical writers.
• Review database design elements and ensure programming alignment with study needs.
• Identify data issues, programming errors, and inconsistencies for resolution.
• Maintain programming documentation, logs, QC records, and validation evidence.
• Support regulatory submission requirements and clinical study report outputs.
• Follow CDISC standards, SOPs, programming guidelines, and project timelines.
• Participate in study meetings and provide programming status updates.
• Assist in development of reusable macros, templates, and process improvements.
• Support junior programmers with technical guidance when needed.
• Ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of programming deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
