Medical Writer MLR Reviewer Medical Content

The Medical Writer - MLR Reviewer / Medical Content will be responsible for creating and reviewing medical, legal, and regulatory content, promotional and non-promotional healthcare materials, scientific documents, and MLR review support at Syneos Health, Pune. This requires 5–10 years of experience in medical writing, MLR review, graphics coordination, and medical content development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop medical content for promotional, educational, scientific, and medical communication materials.
• Review medical content for scientific accuracy, balance, compliance, and clarity.
• Support MLR review workflows involving medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Verify claims, references, data points, product information, and safety statements.
• Coordinate with graphics, brand, medical affairs, regulatory, and client teams.
• Prepare slide decks, leave-behinds, training content, medical information documents, and summaries.
• Ensure content follows client guides, regulatory expectations, and approval processes.
• Edit documents for grammar, structure, consistency, readability, and scientific flow.
• Maintain version control, reference packs, approval records, and content trackers.
• Participate in review meetings, content planning, and project discussions.
• Address reviewer comments and revise content accurately.
• Support timely delivery of high-quality medical content projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and product information.
• Ensure compliant, evidence-based, and audience-focused medical communication.
