Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general hospital maintenance, repair work, equipment support, facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, complaint handling, and departmental coordination at Sahrudaya Health Care, Nashik. This requires ITI or Diploma qualification with 2–5 years of maintenance experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend maintenance complaints from wards, ICU, OT, OPD, emergency, and support areas.
• Support repair work related to electrical, plumbing, civil, furniture, fixtures, and facility systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection of hospital facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, biomedical, nursing, administration, and vendors when required.
• Maintain complaint registers, maintenance logs, checklist records, and material usage details.
• Report major faults, safety issues, repeated breakdowns, or urgent repair needs to seniors.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed without disturbing patient care services.
• Support equipment shifting, minor installations, and facility readiness tasks.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and workplace cleanliness properly.
• Follow hospital safety, PPE, infection control, and maintenance SOPs.
• Assist during emergency breakdowns and urgent operational requirements.
• Ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained hospital infrastructure.
