Job Description

Dynamic Senior Manager – Social & Influencer Marketing responsible for leading brand visibility, digital engagement, and influencer collaboration strategies across multiple social media platforms. Skilled in campaign planning, content strategy, influencer partnerships, audience growth, and performance analytics. Adept at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through innovative social media initiatives while managing cross-functional coordination, budget optimization, and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns including identification, onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage brand presence across major social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, ROI, and social media analytics.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and online community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize digital advertising performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and reputation management across digital channels.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, vendor coordination, and contract management activities.
  • Lead crisis communication and social media response strategies when required.
  • Mentor and guide social media and influencer marketing team members.
  • Prepare performance reports and present campaign insights to senior leadership.
