Job Description

Strategic Senior Manager – Plant Supply Planner responsible for leading production planning, supply forecasting, inventory management, and material coordination activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Skilled in demand planning, supply chain optimization, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination within manufacturing environments. Adept at balancing production efficiency, inventory control, and customer requirements while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and timely product availability aligned with business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead plant supply planning and production scheduling activities across manufacturing operations.
  • Develop short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
  • Analyze production constraints and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams for accurate forecasting and supply alignment.
  • Monitor key supply chain KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational productivity.
  • Manage production planning systems, ERP tools, and supply chain data accuracy.
  • Identify risks in supply planning and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure supply readiness for commercial operations.
  • Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
  • Mentor and lead supply planning teams to improve coordination, efficiency, and performance.
