Officer- Peptide Manufacturing

The Officer – Peptide Manufacturing will be involved in the synthesis, purification, and production of peptide products. The requires hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, adherence to SOPs, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, and engineering. The candidate will ensure timely production, proper documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute peptide manufacturing processes as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Operate and monitor equipment used in peptide synthesis and purification.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements during production.
• Maintain accurate documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production data.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure consistency in product quality.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for in-process checks, sampling, and batch release.
• Perform cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities as per procedures.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely completion of production batches as per schedule.
• Handle raw materials and intermediates as per defined guidelines.
• Support validation, qualification, and technology transfer activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow EHS guidelines, PPE usage, and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and coordinate with engineering teams.
• entify opportunities for process optimization and yield improvement.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of peptides and related materials.
• Maintain discipline and follow company policies and procedures.
