Accountant

The Accountant with Tally Knowledge will manage accounting entries, voucher posting, billing support, bank reconciliation, financial records, expense tracking, and reporting at Bhaskaran Hospital, Kallakurichi. This requires any degree with Tally knowledge and basic accounting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and financial records in Tally.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, expense, salary, and journal-related accounting work.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger review, and payment tracking reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, approvals, and supporting financial documents before processing.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, administration, and vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, outstanding payments, and expense trackers.
• Prepare daily collection reports, expense reports, and basic finance MIS.
• Identify accounting errors, missing documents, or reconciliation differences.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, vendor, and patient billing information.
• Use Tally, Excel, accounting software, and hospital systems accurately.
• Support audit documentation and statutory record preparation when required.
• Ensure organized, timely, and accurate accounting support.
