OT Staff

Aayush Hospitals is hiring OT Staff in Jamnagar for the Operation Theatre department. The is suitable for ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or OT Technician Course candidates with 1–2 years of experience in OT preparation, surgical assistance, sterilization, patient shifting, and operation theatre workflow support.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare operation theatre before surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nursing team during operations.
• Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and OT supplies.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Check OT machines, lights, suction, and emergency equipment.
• Support patient shifting before and after surgery.
• Verify patient details and surgical checklist.
• Maintain OT cleanliness and aseptic environment.
• Handle surgical materials as per hospital protocol.
• Assist in post-operative patient transfer and care.
• Maintain OT registers and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate with CSSD, nursing, and anesthesia teams.
• Report equipment issues or stock shortages.
• Follow biomedical waste management guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety throughout OT procedures.
