Medical Officer - ER-ICU

Aayush Hospitals is hiring a Medical Officer - ER-ICU in Jamnagar for emergency and critical care support. The requires BHMS/BAMS candidates with 3–4 years of experience in ER-ICU patient handling, emergency assessment, ICU monitoring, treatment assistance, and coordination with consultants for timely clinical care.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency and ICU patients under consultant guidance.
• Perform initial patient assessment and clinical examination.
• Monitor vitals, symptoms, and patient condition regularly.
• Assist in emergency stabilization and critical care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Coordinate with nurses, ICU staff, and consultants.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Respond quickly to emergency calls and code situations.
• Ensure proper medication and treatment follow-up.
• Communicate patient updates to senior doctors.
• Follow hospital protocols for ER and ICU care.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and infection control.
• Guide junior staff during emergency patient handling.
• Support documentation for clinical and medico-legal cases.
• Ensure compassionate care for patients and families.
