Fetal Medicine Typist

The Fetal Medicine Typist will support fetal medicine reporting, medical documentation, typing work, data entry, patient report formatting, and department coordination at Ankura Hospital, Hyderabad. This requires any degree with 1–2 years of experience in typing, reporting, medical documentation, and data entry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and type fetal medicine reports, scan reports, clinical notes, and department documents accurately.
• Support doctors and fetal medicine team with report formatting, corrections, and documentation updates.
• Enter patient details, investigation details, scan information, and report data into hospital software or templates.
• Maintain patient reports, registers, records, files, and digital documentation properly.
• Coordinate with doctors, sonologists, front office, billing, nursing, and patient care teams for report workflow.
• Ensure correct patient name, ID, date, investigation details, and report format before finalization.
• Track pending reports, corrected reports, urgent reports, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, pregnancy, fetal medicine, and hospital information.
• Use computer systems, typing tools, MS Word, Excel, printer, scanner, and hospital software efficiently.
• Report documentation gaps, data mismatch, or pending report issues to seniors promptly.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional fetal medicine documentation support.
