Quality Executive

The Quality Executive will be responsible for implementing quality systems, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards such as NABH. This requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of healthcare quality frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other applicable healthcare standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and departmental quality assessments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics across departments.
• Identify process gaps and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, policies, manuals, and quality records.
• Support accreditation processes, audits, and compliance activities.
• Track incident reports, patient safety indicators, and quality data.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Monitor infection control practices and patient safety measures.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Conduct staff training and awareness sessions on quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness at all times.
• Participate in quality committee meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for process enhancements.
• Stay updated with healthcare quality trends and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
• Support risk management and patient safety programs.
• Assist in external audits and accreditation renewals.
