Nursing Staff

The Nursing Staff will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care in areas such as wards, ICU, emergency, and OPD. This requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provideect patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.

• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care delivery.

• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.

• Work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
