Nursing Educator

The Nursing Educator will be responsible for planning and conducting nursing training programs, clinical skill development, induction training, competency assessment, patient safety education, and nursing quality improvement at Aarvy Healthcare, Gurugram. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with 7–9 years of experience in nursing services and staff education.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct training programs for nursing staff across clinical departments.
• Provide induction training for new nurses on hospital policies, SOPs, and patient care standards.
• Train nurses on medication safety, infection control, patient safety, documentation, and emergency care.
• Conduct competency assessments, skill evaluations, and practical demonstrations.
• Prepare training calendars, attendance records, evaluation reports, and competency files.
• Identify nursing skill gaps and recommend training programs for improvement.
• Coordinate with nursing supervisors, nursing head, quality team, infection control, and clinical departments.
• Support audits, quality indicators, incident review, and nursing improvement activities.
• Guide nurses on professional behavior, communication, and patient-centered care.
• Develop training materials, checklists, and standard nursing practice guidelines.
• Monitor training effectiveness and follow up on improvement areas.
• Promote continuous learning and high-quality nursing care standards.
