Job Description
The Associate will be responsible for supporting daily departmental operations, documentation, coordination, reporting, customer or patient support, and task execution as per organizational requirements. This requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional work attitude. The candidate will assist seniors in maintaining smooth workflow, accurate records, timely follow-ups, and quality service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities of the assigned department.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, files, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, follow-ups, and task updates.
- Handle basic queries and provide proper information or escalation support.

- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the given timeline.
- Communicate professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
- Support seniors in planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental work.
- Identify pending tasks, process gaps, or service issues and report them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of official, patient, client, or business information.
- Use computer systems, software, email, and office tools for daily work.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and professional behavior.
- Participate in training, meetings, and process improvement activities.
