Senior Resident - Obs and Gynae

The Senior Resident - Obs and Gynae will support obstetrics and gynaecology patient care, labour room activities, emergency management, surgeries, documentation, and consultant coordination at Max Healthcare, Delhi. This requires MBBS with MS or DNB and 0–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage antenatal, postnatal, gynaecology, labour room, and emergency cases.
• Assist in normal deliveries, C-sections, gynaecological procedures, and rounds.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, investigations, and treatment response.
• Prepare clinical records, consent documentation, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing, NICU, OT, anesthesia, and blood bank teams.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate critical cases immediately.
• Counsel patients and relatives under consultant guidance.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and ethical care standards.
