Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will support IPD billing, OP billing, patient guidance, documentation, service coordination, and smooth patient experience at Max Healthcare, Delhi. This requires graduate or hospital administration qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients and attendants regarding billing, admission, discharge, and hospital processes.
• Coordinate with billing, nursing, doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, and insurance teams.
• Track pending bills, reports, discharge steps, and patient service requests.
• Maintain patient coordination records, billing follow-ups, and service trackers.
• Explain required documents and process steps clearly to patients.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate unresolved concerns.
• Support timely discharge and smooth patient movement.
• Maintain confidentiality, service quality, and patient-friendly communication.
