Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The involves coordinating with departments for hiring needs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The candidate will also assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee relations, ensuring smooth HR processes and a strong organizational culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employee growth.
- Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
- Handle exit formalities including resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review.
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR best practices across the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and documentation processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Stay updated with latest HR trends, tools, and industry practices.
