MBBS Doctor

MBBS Doctor is responsible for managing OPD, IPD, emergency, and general patient care duties at the hospital. The requires MBBS qualification with 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of patient care, clinical assessment, OPD and IPD duty management, medical documentation, basic emergency care, and hospital workflow. Duty hours will be decided as per interview and hospital requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Attend OPD, IPD, and emergency patients as per assigned duty schedule.
• Take patient history, assess symptoms, and perform clinical examinations.
• Provide initial diagnosis, treatment support, and medical guidance.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and treatment planning.
• Monitor admitted patients and update seniors about clinical progress.
• Review investigation reports and communicate findings to consultants when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, prescriptions, progress records, and case documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing teams.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge, and referral processes.
• Handle basic emergency cases and provide timely stabilization support.
• Explain treatment instructions, medicines, and follow-up advice to patients and attendants.
• Ensure prescribed treatment plans and clinical instructions are properly followed.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Participate in duty handover and ensure continuity of patient care.
