IVF Specialist

IVF Specialist is responsible for evaluating infertility cases, planning IVF and assisted reproductive treatments, monitoring fertility cycles, and counselling couples throughout their treatment journey. The requires MS OG, DNB OG, DGO, or FRM qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of IVF procedures, fertility treatment, reproductive medicine, patient care, and ethical counselling.

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluate male and female infertility cases through detailed clinical assessment.
• Conduct fertility consultations and explain suitable treatment options to patients.
• Plan IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive treatments.
• Monitor follicular studies, hormonal reports, ultrasound findings, and cycle progress.
• Coordinate with embryologists, counsellors, nurses, laboratory, and pharmacy teams.
• Review semen analysis, blood reports, fertility investigations, and treatment history.
• Counsel couples regarding IVF process, treatment timeline, success factors, and precautions.
• Support IVF cycle planning, medication protocols, trigger planning, and patient readiness.
• Maintain accurate fertility treatment documentation, prescriptions, and clinical records.
• Manage PCOS, endometriosis, ovulatory disorders, and recurrent pregnancy loss cases.
• Ensure ethical, confidential, and emotionally supportive fertility care.
• Follow clinic protocols, reproductive medicine guidelines, and patient safety standards.
• Track patient response and suggest treatment changes when required.
• Participate in fertility case discussions and clinical review meetings.
