Officer, Quality Control Testing

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Officer – Quality Control Testing to perform analytical testing, ensure compliance with GLP standards, and support timely release of materials in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The involves handling laboratory instruments, executing stability studies, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting investigations to ensure high-quality standards and regulatory compliance across QC operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
• Support timely release of materials by ensuring accurate and compliant testing.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification of QC instruments as per SOPs.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow GLP, safety practices, and maintain laboratory housekeeping standards.
• Perform stability sample charging, withdrawal, testing, and documentation as per protocols.
• Maintain stability chambers and ensure proper monitoring of conditions.
• Record, verify, and maintain accurate analytical data in LIMS.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements and perform audit trail reviews.
• Prepare, review, and follow SOPs, test methods, and specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation in line with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Support investigations related to deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), OOAL (Out of Alert Limit), and laboratory incidents.
• Assist in implementation and tracking of CAPA related to QC activities.
• Maintain analytical columns, reference standards, reagents, and laboratory consumables.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of chemicals and standards.
• Participate in method verification, transfer, and validation activities as required.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams for sample management and testing requirements.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• entify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in QC operations.
