Job Description

The Service Line Executive will act as a key point of contact for patients, guiding them through services, addressing their queries, and supporting them from initial inquiry to final conversion. This requires strong communication skills, customer handling expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver exceptional service.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong rapport with customers from the first interaction and understand their needs.
  • Identify both stated and unstated customer requirements and align services accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information about services, procedures, facilities, and financial aspects.
  • Conduct facility tours and explain service offerings transparently to build trust.
  • Highlight benefits, safety protocols, and value-added services during discussions.
  • Handle financial discussions, including package details, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments for financial assistance when required.
  • Promote and upsell relevant services and packages based on customer profiles.
  • Cross-sell additional services to enhance customer experience and value.
  • Counsel patients on pre- and post-service guidelines (do’s and don’ts).
  • Follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions and bookings.
  • Conduct follow-ups for key milestones such as expected delivery dates (EDD), packages, and bed bookings.
  • Organize and manage events such as maternity photoshoots, baby showers, and patient engagement programs.
  • Ensure customer participation in complimentary sessions andes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address service gaps and improve experience.
  • Track and manage leads through CRM systems effectively.
  • Maintain productivity trackers such as doctor-wise EDD and monthly conversion reports.
  • Accurately update customer conversion sources and referral channels.
  • Capture and maintain patient data in HIS/CRM systems.
  • Generate and share reports for management decision-making.
  • Identify and explore new source markets and corporate tie-ups.
  • Monitor competitor activities including pricing, packages, and offers.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience and organizational growth.
