Production Chemist

The Production Chemist will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation. The involves monitoring production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the achievement of production targets with consistent quality output.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute production processes as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Monitor and control production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and batch records.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for in-process checks and quality compliance.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• entify deviations in production processes and report them for corrective action.
• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas as per standards.
• Support validation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and repairs.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with inspection requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
