Tibsovo

A drug used alone or with other drugs to treat adults with certain types of acute myeloid leukemia or cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer) that have a mutation (change) in the gene. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Tibsovo blocks the protein made by the mutated gene, which may help keep cancer cells from growing. It is a type of enzyme inhibitor and a type of targeted therapy. Also called ivosidenib.
