Padcev

A drug used to treat adults with urothelial cancer (a type of cancer in the bladder or urinary tract) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It is used in patients who received platinum chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug or who received at least one other therapy and cannot receive cisplatin. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Padcev contains a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called nectin-4, which is found on some cancer cells. It also contains an anticancer drug, which may help kill cancer cells. Padcev is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Also called enfortumab vedotin.
