Consultant Pathologist

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a Consultant Pathologist to oversee lab activities, validate reports, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. The involves managing laboratory teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering timely and error-free diagnostic services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Validate and release laboratory reports with high accuracy and within defined timelines
• Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, ISO, and clinical standards
• Maintain strict quality control to avoid pre-analytical and analytical errors
• Manage and guide lab staff, ensuring performance, efficiency, and retention
• Monitor operational costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
• Ensure readiness for audits and maintain zero non-conformities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
