Lab Technician

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle specimens, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. The involves operating analyzers, maintaining records, and adhering to quality and safety protocols to deliver reliable diagnostic services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform sample collection, processing, and analysis as per standard procedures
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including automated analyzers
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
• Follow quality control protocols and maintain zero non-conformance standards
• Monitor reagents, test kits, and ensure proper storage and documentation
• Maintain patient records, lab documentation, and data accuracy
• entify and report any technical issues or deviations in testing procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and laboratory compliance standards
