Consultant Pathologist

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a Consultant Pathologist to manage laboratory functions, validate diagnostic reports, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The involves supervising lab operations, maintaining accuracy in reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate laboratory reports ensuring high accuracy and timely release
• Oversee daily lab operations and ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, ISO, and clinical standards
• Monitor quality processes to minimize errors and maintain audit readiness
• Manage and guide laboratory staff, ensuring productivity and employee retention
• Control operational costs while maintaining efficiency and service quality
• Ensure zero pre-analytical and reporting errors through strict quality checks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and service delivery
