Skilled Technician to Officer - Engineering Electrical or Mechanical responsible for supporting engineering maintenance, utility operations, and equipment reliability within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Experienced in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, utility monitoring, and engineering documentation. Adept at ensuring uninterrupted plant operations while maintaining compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities regularly.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment-related issues promptly.
- Monitor utility systems and engineering equipment performance efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with engineering SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and engineering documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance support activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and utility systems.
- Support installation and commissioning of engineering equipment.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance material requirements.
- Ensure operational efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
- Participate in audits and engineering compliance inspections.
- Support calibration and qualification activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within engineering areas.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and operational procedures consistently.
