Gynaecologist

Gynaecologist is responsible for managing gynaecology consultations, fertility cases, infertility evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient counselling at the fertility centre. The requires MS OG, DNB OG, DGO, or FRM qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of fertility treatment, gynaecology consultation, reproductive health, patient care, and clinical coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct gynaecology and fertility OPD consultations.
• Evaluate infertility cases and guide couples through suitable treatment options.
• Diagnose and manage PCOS, ovulation disorders, hormonal imbalance, and menstrual concerns.
• Review patient reports, scans, investigations, and treatment history.
• Recommend fertility workup, follow-up plans, and treatment protocols.
• Support fertility treatment planning, cycle monitoring, and patient preparation.
• Assist in IVF, IUI, and reproductive medicine processes when required.
• Counsel patients about diagnosis, medicines, treatment timeline, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with embryology, nursing, lab, pharmacy, billing, and counselling teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, prescriptions, and patient care notes.
• Ensure sensitive and confidential handling of fertility-related cases.
• Follow centre policies, medical protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Track patient treatment response and suggest follow-up actions.
• Support patient satisfaction through clear communication and compassionate care.
