Billing Executive - Ayushman and TPA

The Billing Executive - Ayushman and TPA will manage hospital billing, Ayushman Bharat billing support, TPA coordination, insurance claim documentation, patient billing, payment coordination, and claim follow-up at Suyash Hospital, Raipur. This requires graduate qualification with 1–3 years of experience in billing, Ayushman, TPA, insurance claims, hospital billing, and patient coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, diagnostic, pharmacy, and discharge-related bills accurately.
• Handle Ayushman Bharat billing documentation, package details, approvals, claim files, and submission support.
• Manage TPA and insurance coordination including pre-authorization, approval follow-up, enhancement, and final claim submission.
• Verify patient details, doctor charges, service charges, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and package billing entries.
• Collect and verify patient documents, insurance cards, Ayushman details, claim forms, estimates, and discharge papers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPA teams, Ayushman desk, billing, doctors, nursing, front office, and patients.
• Explain billing details, insurance process, approval timelines, payment responsibility, and bill breakups to patients or attendants.
• Support discharge billing clearance and ensure timely completion of billing and claim formalities.
• Maintain billing records, approval records, claim trackers, receipts, payment details, and daily reports.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, wrong entries, tariff mismatch, or documentation gaps and correct them promptly.
• Handle patient billing queries politely and escalate disputes or claim delays to seniors when required.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, compliant, and patient-friendly billing, Ayushman, and TPA operations.
