Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for hospital field marketing, referral visits, lead generation, patient enquiry follow-up, health camp support, and local service promotion at The POSH Hospital, Puducherry. This requires BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or MBA in Marketing qualification with 1–2 years of marketing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, doctors, specialties, packages, and facilities in the local market.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners regularly.
• Generate patient enquiries, appointments, referrals, and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, and follow-up details.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, corporate visits, and promotional activities.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals and community contacts.
• Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for patient support.
• Communicate hospital services clearly, ethically, and professionally.
• Follow up with referral sources for feedback, repeat referrals, and relationship improvement.
• Track competitor activities, market response, and patient feedback.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign updates, and performance summaries.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, patient reach, and local brand trust.
