Human Resource Executive

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for offer generation, joining formalities, onboarding, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, HR records, and staff communication at Kailash Hospital, Noida. This requires MBA, PGDM in HR, BBA, or B.Com qualification with 4–9 years of experience in human resource operations and hospital HR coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and HR operations for hospital departments.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining forms, and HR communication.
• Manage joining formalities, document collection, onboarding, and employee file creation.
• Maintain employee records, HR database, attendance inputs, and staff documentation.
• Coordinate with selected candidates, department heads, and management for joining process.
• Verify employee documents, qualification certificates, experience letters, and identity records.
• Support induction, policy briefing, and employee orientation activities.
• Handle staff queries related to HR documents, joining, leave, and policies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, joining reports, manpower records, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with payroll, administration, compliance, and department teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, and hospital information.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and professional onboarding experience.
