TPA - Cashless Executive

The TPA - Cashless Executive will manage cashless insurance coordination, TPA documentation, authorization follow-up, claim file preparation, billing support, and patient communication at ASG Eye Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires graduate qualification with TPA, cashless, or insurance billing experience, along with 1–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle cashless insurance and TPA patient documentation.
• Verify patient details, policy documents, approvals, and authorization status.
• Prepare and submit pre-authorization, enhancement, and final claim documents.
• Coordinate with TPA companies, insurance teams, billing, doctors, and patients.
• Track pending approvals, queries, shortfalls, and claim status.
• Support discharge billing and cashless clearance coordination.
• Maintain TPA records, claim trackers, and documentation files.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and patient-friendly cashless support.
