Team Lead - Inside Sales

The Team Lead - Inside Sales will lead the inside sales team, manage sales operations, improve appointment conversion, supervise calling performance, track team targets, and support patient lead conversion at Qi Lifecare, Mumbai. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 4–12 years of experience in team lead, inside sales, team management, sales operations, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inside sales executives, telecalling team, and patient lead conversion workflow.
• Monitor daily calling performance, appointment booking, lead follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Allocate leads, track pending follow-ups, review call quality, and guide team members for improvement.
• Train team on patient communication, objection handling, CRM usage, service explanation, and ethical sales process.
• Coordinate with center managers, patient counsellors, operations, marketing, and management teams.
• Prepare sales reports, team MIS, conversion reports, productivity dashboards, and performance updates.
• Handle escalated patient queries, difficult conversations, and high-value leads when required.
