Retainer Physiotherapist is responsible for providing physiotherapy assessment, rehabilitation therapy, exercise planning, pain management support, and patient mobility improvement services. The requires Bachelor or Master in Physiotherapy with 1 to 2 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, orthopedic physiotherapy, exercise therapy, patient care, and recovery-focused treatment planning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assess patients requiring physiotherapy and rehabilitation support.
• Prepare therapy plans based on diagnosis, pain, mobility, and recovery goals.
• Provide exercise therapy, stretching, strengthening, and mobility training.
• Support orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and general rehabilitation patients.
• Educate patients on home exercises, posture, and movement precautions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify physiotherapy plans as required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation teams for patient care.
• Maintain physiotherapy session records and patient progress documentation.
• Support pain relief, functional improvement, and recovery-based care.
• Guide patients on walking support, balance training, and fall prevention.
• Use physiotherapy equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and patient comfort during therapy sessions.
• Report patient concerns or deterioration to the treating doctor.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.
• Deliver ethical, disciplined, and patient-centered physiotherapy services.
