Head Recruitment

The Head Recruitment will lead complete recruitment strategy, manpower planning, senior hiring, team supervision, hiring process improvement, recruitment reporting, and stakeholder coordination at Sahrudaya Health Care, Hyderabad. This requires MBA or any graduate qualification with 14–20 years of recruitment leadership experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across clinical, non-clinical, and support departments.
• Plan manpower requirements with department heads and hospital leadership.
• Build recruitment strategies for bulk hiring, senior hiring, and critical position closure.
• Supervise recruitment team activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, job portals, campuses, and referral sources.
• Monitor interview schedules, offer release, salary negotiation, and joining confirmation.
• Review recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, ageing reports, and vacancy status.
• Improve recruitment turnaround time, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
• Ensure proper documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, approval workflows, and hiring budgets.
• Guide team members on sourcing quality, communication, and process discipline.
• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements with professional recruitment standards.
