Job Description
Skilled Process Engineer – Process & Projects Engineering (API) responsible for supporting process optimization, project execution, equipment installation, and operational improvement activities within API manufacturing facilities. Experienced in process engineering, plant design coordination, validation support, troubleshooting, and compliance with GMP and safety standards. Adept at collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, ensure smooth project implementation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support process engineering and project execution activities in API manufacturing facilities.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity enhancement.
- Assist in equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, engineering documents, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams during project implementation.
- Monitor process parameters and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and validation activities for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting process deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and execution milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external agencies for engineering support activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and support process safety management initiatives.
- Assist in utility integration and plant modification projects.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and project records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational reliability and process performance.
