Senior Technician Incharge - Maintenance

The Senior Technician Incharge - Maintenance will supervise hospital maintenance operations, technician workflow, preventive maintenance, facility repairs, utility readiness, documentation, and safety compliance at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires ITI or Diploma qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance complaints, repairs, and facility support activities.
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor timely closure of maintenance tasks.
• Support electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, furniture, fixture, and utility maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and maintain facility readiness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, biomedical, nursing, administration, vendors, and security teams.
• Maintain complaint registers, maintenance logs, checklists, and material usage records.
• Report major breakdowns, repeated issues, safety risks, or urgent requirements to management.
• Ensure repair work is completed without disturbing patient care services.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance material availability.
• Follow safety, PPE, fire safety, infection control, and hospital SOPs.
